The withdrawal after the established schedule will be charged an extra day, in addition to being forced to withdraw in the case that the cabin is previously reserved.

Pets are not allowed.

It is requested to keep and maintain the cabin in perfect condition during your stay.

The cabins are familiar, therefore the tenants and guests must respect the quiet time, established between 22:30 and 09:00 hrs. next's.

If the number of people staying is modified, you must inform it in advance, paying the difference corresponding to the amount of these.

Any deterioration or loss of inventory; Towels, bedding, crockery, key or remote control during your stay, must be canceled before leaving the cabin.
  
Empunehuen is not responsible for the loss of personal items, money or other values ​​that our customers keep in their rooms.

Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin, as well as damaging trees, shrubs, branches and flowers of the complex.

The gate closes at 23:30 hrs. If you believe your return is after closing, you must notify the reception in advance.

Thank you for your preference and for considering this regulation. If you collaborate respecting it, we will make your stay a rewarding break. Suggestions or comments, will always be welcome.

Reservations with the payment of 50% of the total rental value are the only way to ensure availability on the agreed date.

The difference (50%) of the value must be canceled on the day of arrival at the cabins, in cash, and/or bank transfer.

If the person who booked does not arrive on the first day requested or notify their subsequent arrival via email, it is considered No -Show, and therefore the cabin requested is released and the reservation is lost.

The quotes for reservations are valid for 24 hours from your shipment.

In case of canceling a reservation this will be returned according to its proximity to the requested date and the occupation season.
